Caazapá. Rural Guaraní south.
Caazapá is the most Guaraní-language department in Paraguay — over 80% of households speak Guaraní as primary language at home. The Caaguazú National Park covers the eastern third. Outside Caazapá town and Yuty, there is little. For almost any relocator, this is too remote and too under-served.

01 / overview
What Caazapá is
Sleepy rural department. Caazapá town has 12,000 people; Yuty is similar. The Caaguazú National Park (165,000 hectares) is one of Paraguay's best-preserved Atlantic Forest reserves but has minimal visitor infrastructure. Almost no foreign residents.
